85% of the pharmacies in the Metropolitan Region of Barcelona participate in the Colon and Rectal Cancer Early Detection Program

According to a study carried out by researchers from the EPIBELL Program of IDIBELL and the Cancer Screening Unit of ICO Hospitalet, in the period from 2017 to 2018, among 643 pharmacies affiliated with the Official College of Pharmacists, 528 were members of the Program, which corresponds to 85.4% of the total.
