In this masterclass, participants will dive into the Health Innovation Cycle, CIMTI’s structured approach to transforming health-related research into impactful projects. This methodology emphasizes planning and development across four critical domains, guiding projects from initial concept to real-world application. Focusing on the first phases, we’ll explore the essential steps for early project planning, feasibility assessment, and initial funding strategies, which are particularly relevant to early-stage research. To illustrate these principles, we’ll discuss inspiring stories of health innovations that are being or have been transitioned from the lab to the healthcare landscape.
