The election took place last March 31 during the assembly of the association which was held under the XXVI Congress of Human Genetics. AEGH is a scientific association integrated per most Spanish geneticists. Founded in 1974, has over 500 members, specialists in various branches of human genetics in clinical, research and teaching fields. Among its objectives are the dissemination and development of human genetics and the recognition of genetics as a specialty.
