Among the 9,990 researchers from all fields of science included in the work, there are 46 researchers attached to IDIBELL and 12 to the Bellvitge University Hospital, to which must be added some others from IDIBELL and the HUB that are listed only as attached to the University of Barcelona.
Among the first 100 researchers, Dr. Susana Jiménez-Murcia, co-head of the research group in Psychoneurobiology of eating disorders and addictive behaviors at IDIBELL and head of the Clinical Psychology Service of the Bellvitge Hospital. The Bellvitge professionals included in the ranking belong mainly to the areas of Clinical Psychology, Neurology, Microbiology and Anaesthesiology.
This classification has been prepared using the Google Scholar platform and, to make the assessment, an indicator has been applied that combines the number of publications and the volume of citations received.
