The +ACTIU project: co-creation of active and healthy cities for people with chronic conditions comes to an end!

This initiative has designed and implemented strategies to promote physical activity and reduce sedentary lifestyles for those with chronic conditions. Come to the closing ceremony next Wednesday, May 7, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Barradas Auditorium in Hospitalet de Llobregat, where the main results will be presented.
