noves t\u00e8cniques d\u2019imatge com PET o la Resson\u00e0ncia Magn\u00e8tica Funcional s\u2019ha pogut anar definint quines \u00e0rees del nostre cervell estan actives mentre nosaltres no ho estem. La Xarxa en Mode de Defecte (DMN) \u00e9s una xarxa ben definida que es relaciona amb els pensaments d\u2019autopercepci\u00f3 i autorefer\u00e8ncia social. <\/p>\n
El grup de recerca en Psiquiatria de l\u2019IDIBELL liderat per Josep Manuel Mench\u00f3n ha realitzat un estudi amb 50 persones adultes i sanes<\/p>\n
a les quals s\u2019ha fet una resson\u00e0ncia magn\u00e8tica funcional en estat de rep\u00f2s, mentre realitzaven una tasca emocional i mentre realitzaven una tasca cognitiva complexa. <\/p>\n
Els resultats de l\u2019estudi demostren que les \u00e0rees DMN estan actives quan l\u2019individu est\u00e0 en rep\u00f2s i que es desactiven quan els fem fer una tasca. \u00c9s necessari que la xarxa redueixi la seva activitat per activar una altra regi\u00f3, responsable de realitzar aquesta tasca. <\/p>\n
Tasques emocionals o cognitives<\/strong> <\/p>\n Aquesta tasca potser emocional com l\u2019aparellament de cares segons les emocions que expressen, o cognitiva com per exemple respondre correcta i r\u00e0pidament un test d\u2019stroop<\/em> (escrivim el nom d\u2019un color per exemple \u201cverd\u201d en color vermell, l\u2019individu ha de respondre en quin color est\u00e0 escrita la paraula. \u00c9s una prova que requereix atenci\u00f3 i esfor\u00e7). <\/p>\n L\u2019estudi demostra tamb\u00e9 que en aquesta segona situaci\u00f3, una tasca cognitiva complexa, les desactivacions s’estenen a una regi\u00f3 que no pertany a la DMN, l’insula posterior, per\u00f2 que t\u00e9 a veure amb el processament dels inputs som\u00e0tics (“la capacitat de sentir- nos corporal o visceralment”) que normalment processem de manera constant quan estem en rep\u00f2s. <\/p>\n
L\u2019investigador de l\u2019DIBELL i co-autor de l\u2019estudi, Narc\u00eds Cardoner, explica que l\u2019inter\u00e8s en la recerca d\u2019aquesta xarxa \u00e9s \u201centendre millor el funcionament del nostre cervell i tamb\u00e9, en un seg\u00fcent pas, estudiar si el funcionament alterat d\u2019aquesta xarxa est\u00e0 relacionat amb diverses patologies com l\u2019esquizofr\u00e8nia, la depressi\u00f3 , el TOC (Trastorn Obsessiu Compulsiu) o l\u2019Alzheimer\u201d. <\/p>\n
\u201cEn malalties anomenades funcionals, es dir que no presenten cap lesi\u00f3 \u00e9s probable que els pacients tinguin aquesta xarxa alterada, que<\/p>\n
tinguin dificultats per desactivar-la, tot i no estar en rep\u00f2s: Aprendre a regular o modular aquesta activitat podria ser una forma de millorar algunes patologies per\u00f2\u201d adverteix Narc\u00eds Cardoner \u201cencara estem al principi del cam\u00ed\u201d. <\/p>\n
