L\u2019\u00c0rea administrativa de l\u2019IDIBELL ha comen\u00e7at el proc\u00e9s d\u2019implementaci\u00f3 per ser certificada per la norma ISO 9001. El projecte est\u00e0 sent coordinat per la Direcci\u00f3 de Qualitat i hi intervenen tots els departaments d\u2019Administraci\u00f3 de l\u2019IDIBELL: Contractaci\u00f3 i Compres, Comptabilitat, Recursos Humans, Sistemes d\u2019Informaci\u00f3, Prevenci\u00f3 de Riscos Laborals, Serveis Generals i Manteniment i OSR-OTRI. L\u2019obtenci\u00f3 de la certificaci\u00f3 est\u00e0 prevista per al mes de desembre de 2012. L\u2019aposta de l\u2019IDIBELL per certificar els seus processos d\u2019administraci\u00f3 t\u00e9 l\u2019objectiu d\u2019augmentar l\u2019efici\u00e8ncia del servei, a partir d\u2019una avaluaci\u00f3 inicial i de la millora cont\u00ednua dels processos.<\/p>\n
El projecte es va iniciar a mitjan 2011 amb la celebraci\u00f3 de diverses sessions formatives amb els responsables dels departaments d\u2019Administraci\u00f3. El grup de treball ja ha definit la missi\u00f3, la visi\u00f3 i els valors i el mapa de processos de cada \u00e0rea de gesti\u00f3, i actualment s\u2019estan revisant els procediments generals amb els seus corresponents indicadors, que permetran gestionar i avaluar les millores implantades.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
