Investigadors del grup de Cognici\u00f3 i Plasticitat cerebral de l\u2019Institut d\u2019Investigaci\u00f3 Biom\u00e8dica de Bellvitge (IDIBELL) i la Universitat de Barcelona han fet un seguiment de les petjades expl\u00edcites i impl\u00edcites dels records de por en \u00e9ssers humans. L\u2019estudi que s\u2019ha publicat a la revista Neurobiology of Learning and Memory descriu com en un context de por, el nostre cervell codifica de forma diferent la mem\u00f2ria contextual d\u2019un esdeveniment negatiu (on va ser, qu\u00e8 hi havia…) i la resposta emocional associada. <\/p>\n
L\u2019estudi mesura l\u2019activitat electrodermal de 86 individus en un context de por generat al laboratori i en un context neutre on se\u2019ls fa aprendre una llista de paraules. Una setmana i dues setmanes despr\u00e9s de l\u2019experiment <\/p>\n
se\u2019ls fa un test per veure quines paraules recordaven. <\/p>\n
\u201cEn els dos contextos\u201d explica Pau Packard, autor de l\u2019estudi, \u201cla corba d\u2019oblit era normal. Amb el temps oblidaven totes les paraules, la petja expl\u00edcita. D\u2019altra banda en els records en context de por l\u2019activitat electrodermal, la resposta emocional impl\u00edcita, era exactament la mateixa, molt m\u00e9s elevada que la del context neutre\u201d. <\/p>\n
\u201cEn els<\/p>\n
esdeveniments traum\u00e0tics sembla que amb el temps hi ha una part de la mem\u00f2ria que s\u2019esborra o que no en tenim acc\u00e9s, oblidem els detalls per\u00f2 segueix mantenint-se la reacci\u00f3 emocional. La petja es divideix en dos i segueixen camins diferents. El cervell desvincula el record expl\u00edcit que tenim d\u2019un esdeveniment negatiu de la resposta emocional que ens genera\u201d. <\/p>\n
Aquest fet podria servir per entendre per qu\u00e8 en situacions patol\u00f2giques de trastorn per estr\u00e9s post-traum\u00e0tic es genera sense control la resposta emocional vinculada a l\u2019esdeveniment negatiu sense saber qu\u00e8 la provoca. <\/p>\n
Segons ha explicat Llu\u00eds Fuentemilla, coordinador del projecte, l\u2019estudi \u201cens ajuda a explicar com el processament del records temorosos poden portar a un trastorn per estr\u00e8s post-traum\u00e0tic i tamb\u00e9 obre la porta a la recerca de noves estrat\u00e8gies terap\u00e8utiques d\u2019aquests trastorns<\/p>\n
