La Comissi\u00f3 Europea ha concedit a l\u2019IDIBELL el logotip \u2018HR Excellence in Research\u2019 que l\u2019acredita com a centre de recerca comprom\u00e8s amb la millora cont\u00ednua de les seves pol\u00edtiques de recursos humans d\u2019acord amb els principis de la Carta Europea de l\u2019Investigador i el Codi de Conducta per a la Contractaci\u00f3 d\u2019Investigadors adoptats per la Comissi\u00f3 l\u2019any 2005. <\/p>\n

El logotip HRS4R \u00e9s un reconeixement que servir\u00e0 per donar visibilitat a l\u2019IDIBELL com a un lloc de treball favorable i estimulant per als investigadors. Aquest recobiexment t\u00e9 com a<\/p>\n

finalitats principals impactar en l\u2019escenari de finan\u00e7ament europeu (H2020); posicionar l\u2019IDIBELL com a un lloc de treball estimulant i favorable per als investigadors a nivell internacional i establir una estrat\u00e8gia de RRHH global i coherent adoptant bones pr\u00e0ctiques i els est\u00e0ndard de qualitat internacionals.<\/span> <\/p>\n

Actualment a Catalunya els centres CERCA acreditats s\u00f3n el Centre de Regulaci\u00f3 Gen\u00f2mica (CRG), l’Institut de Recerca Biom\u00e8dica de Bareclona (IRB),l”Institut de REcerca i Tecnologia Agroaliment\u00e0ria (IRTA), L’Institut de REcerca Biom\u00e8dica de Lleida (IRB)i l’IDIBELL.<\/p>\n

Un dels requisits per obtenir l\u2019acreditaci\u00f3 HRS4R \u00e9s l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 d\u2019un pla d\u2019acci\u00f3 amb l\u2019objectiu de millorar l\u2019alineaci\u00f3 de les pol\u00edtiques i actuacions en recursos humans de la instituci\u00f3 amb els 40 principis exposats<\/p>\n

en la Carta i el Codi europeus.<\/p>\n

L\u2019IDIBELL va aprovar el seu pla d\u2019acci\u00f3 el passat mes de Desembre. <\/p>\n

L\u2019IDIBELL t\u00e9 com a objectiu recon\u00e8ixer als seus investigadors i treballadors, aix\u00ed com als investigadors de les institucions s\u00f2cies del Campus de Bellvitge: l\u2019Institut Catal\u00e0 d\u2019Oncologia, l\u2019Hospital Universitari de Bellvitge, l\u2019Hospital de Viladecans i la Universitat de Barcelona, com a contribuents essencials per a l\u2019\u00e8xit de l\u2019IDIBELL, oferint un entorn de treball encoratjador i estimulant que promogui la igualtat d’oportunitats, la integritat \u00e8tica i la conciliaci\u00f3 laboral. <\/p>\n

El passat 1 d\u2019Agost de 2013 l\u2019IDIBELL es va adherir a la Carta i Codi europeus i es va iniciar un proc\u00e9s per dissenyar un pla d\u2019acci\u00f3 que permet\u00e9s millorar l\u2019alineaci\u00f3 de les pol\u00edtiques i actuacions en recursos humans de la instituci\u00f3 amb els 40 principis exposats en aquests documents. <\/p>\n

Durant els mesos de maig i juny de 2014 es va realitzar un an\u00e0lisi intern de la instituci\u00f3 mitjan\u00e7ant enquestes al personal de l\u2019IDIBELL aix\u00ed com reunions sectorials. Un cop fet el diagn\u00f2stic es va formar un grup de treball format per representants dels diferents col\u00b7lectius laborals que conformen l\u2019IDIBELL per redactar el pla d\u2019acci\u00f3 de l\u2019HRS4R 2015-2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
