{"id":7798,"date":"2017-04-21T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-04-20T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/idibell.cat\/blog\/2017\/04\/21\/investigadors-de-lidibell-cerquen-nous-farmacs-contra-el-melanoma\/"},"modified":"2020-05-13T19:46:50","modified_gmt":"2020-05-13T17:46:50","slug":"investigadors-de-lidibell-cerquen-nous-farmacs-contra-el-melanoma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/idibell.cat\/2017\/04\/investigadors-de-lidibell-cerquen-nous-farmacs-contra-el-melanoma\/","title":{"rendered":"Investigadors de l\u2019IDIBELL cerquen nous f\u00e0rmacs contra el melanoma"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Investigadors de l\u2019Institut d\u2019Investigaci\u00f3 Biom\u00e8dica de Bellvitge (<strong>IDIBELL<\/strong>) i de l\u2019 Institut d\u2019Investigacions Biom\u00e8diques August Pi<\/p>\n<p> i Sunyer (<strong>IDIBAPS<\/strong>) han participat en el treball <\/p>\n<p>publicat recentment a la revista <strong><em>Journal Investigative Dermatology<\/em><\/strong> , que porta per t\u00edtol \u201c<strong>AURORA A overexpression (AURKA) is driven by FOXM1 and MAPK\/ERK activation in melanoma cells harbouring BRAF or NRAS mutations: Impact on melanoma prognosis and therapy<\/strong>\u201d. <\/p>\n<p> Els autors descriuen que la sobreexpresi\u00f3 d\u2019 AURKA (Aurora Kinasa A, prote\u00edna implicada en el control del cicle cel\u00b7lular), s&#8217;associa a <\/p>\n<p>un pitjor pron\u00f2stic en els malalts de melanoma cutani. L&#8217;expressi\u00f3 d\u2019aquesta prote\u00efna <\/p>\n<p>dep\u00e8n de factors de transcripci\u00f3 com FOXM1 i de l\u2019activaci\u00f3 de les v\u00edes de senyalitzaci\u00f3 MAPK-ERK, sovint deguda a la pres\u00e8ncia de mutacions NRAS o BRAF. Tanmateix, la inhibici\u00f3 farmacol\u00f2gica o el silenciament d\u2019AURKA i FOXM1 afecta a la proliferaci\u00f3 i superviv\u00e8ncia de les c\u00e8l.lules de melanoma, fins i tot aquelles resistents als inhibidors de BRAF. Els excel.lents resultats en estudis pre-clinics suggereixen que l&#8217;\u00fas d&#8217;inhibidors de AURKA i FOXM1 pot beneficiar als pacients de melanoma resistents a les ter\u00e0pies anti-BRAF i\/o en portadors de mutacions NRAS, fins ara orfes de ter\u00e0pies adequades. <\/p>\n<p> Per part de l\u2019IDIBELL, hi han participat els Drs JR Ferreres i J Marcoval del Servei de Dermatolog\u00eda de l\u2019Hospital Universitari de Bellvitge;
