La bioimpressi\u00f3 de teixits per a la regeneraci\u00f3 d\u2019\u00f2rgans; l\u2019alliberament focalitzat de f\u00e0rmacs amb nanorobots o la detecci\u00f3 preco\u00e7 i tractament de malalties a partir de la llum s\u00f3n algunes de les tecnologies que tindran aplicacions pr\u00e0ctiques en la medicina en els propers anys, en la recerca de les quals treballen diversos centres a Catalunya.<\/p>\n

El potencial terap\u00e8utic de la nanotecnologia, la recerca amb c\u00e8l\u00b7lules mare i la fot\u00f2nica \u00e9s una de les principals conclusions de la jornada \u201cTecnologia per a la medicina del futur\u201d, que es va dur a terme el 15 de febrer a l\u2019hospital, amb la participaci\u00f3 de tres joves investigadors de primera l\u00ednia: N\u00faria Montserrat i Samuel S\u00e1nchez, de l\u2019Institut de Bioenginyera de Catalunya (IBEC), i Romain Quidant, de l\u2019Institut Catal\u00e0 de Fot\u00f2nica (ICFO).<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

N\u00faria Montserrat, cap del grup de recerca junior sobre c\u00e8l\u00b7lules mare i teixits per a la regeneraci\u00f3 d\u2019\u00f2rgans de l\u2019IBEC, va explicar com la combinaci\u00f3 de les tecnologies emergents en l\u2019\u00e0mbit de les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules mare amb les de bioenginyeria, como ara la impressi\u00f3 3D, comen\u00e7a a donar resultats en \u00f2rgans com els ronyons i el cor. Aix\u00ed, han dut a terme els primers treballs amb tintes biol\u00f2giques en impressores 3D, que obren el cam\u00ed a la impressi\u00f3 de teixits per a la medicina regenerativa.<\/p>\n

Els nanorobots constitueixen una altra de les l\u00ednies de recerca m\u00e9s avan\u00e7ades a l\u2019IBEC. \u201cTreballem per desenvolupar nanorobots autopropulsats per un nanomotor qu\u00edmic i intel\u00b7ligents, de forma que puguin alliberar f\u00e0rmacs de forma efectiva dins l\u2019organisme\u201d, segons va exposar Samuel S\u00e1nchez, l\u00edder del grup de nano bio dispositius intel\u00b7ligents de l\u2019IBEC.<\/p>\n

Per \u00faltim, Romain Quidant, cap del grup Plasmon NanoOptics de l\u2019ICFO, va presentar els projectes que estan realitzant a partir de l\u2019estudi de les reaccions \u2013brillantor i escalfor\u2013 que la llum provoca en determinats nanomaterials i que poden tenir aplicacions en malalties de gran prevalen\u00e7a com el c\u00e0ncer o les de tipus neurodegeneratiu. Una de les seves principals l\u00ednies de treballs \u00e9s el disseny de nanopart\u00edcules d\u2019or capaces d\u2019identificar c\u00e8l\u00b7lules canceroses i destruir-les gr\u00e0cies a una propietat \u00f2ptica, la resson\u00e0ncia plasm\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Com a cloenda de la sessi\u00f3, el director general de Recerca i Innovaci\u00f3 del Departament de Salut de la Generalitat, Albert Barber\u00e0, va moderar una taula en la qual els tres cient\u00edfics van respondre les preguntes dels assistents.<\/p>\n

La Jornada \u201cTecnologia per a la medicina del futur\u201d ha estat la primera acci\u00f3 dins el programa de confer\u00e8ncies, tallers i activitats impulsat per l\u2019Ajuntament de l\u2019Hospitalet de Llobregat, en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb GSMA, amb motiu de la celebraci\u00f3 del Mobile World Congress (MWC) entre el 26 de febrer i l\u20191 de mar\u00e7.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
