Cada cop m\u00e9s, la gent redueix la seva activitat f\u00edsica. El sedentarisme est\u00e0 en augment a nivell mundial, per\u00f2 especialment en pa\u00efsos desenvolupats, i alguns especialistes ja el consideren la pand\u00e8mia del segle XXI. De fet, segons l\u2019\u00faltim eurobar\u00f2metre especial sobre esport i activitat f\u00edsica, un 47% de la poblaci\u00f3 a Espanya no fa mai cap activitat f\u00edsica<\/strong> i nom\u00e9s un 42% de la poblaci\u00f3 en fa almenys un cop per setmana. Algunes de les causes principals s\u00f3n passar temps excessiu amb les pantalles, sigui per feina o entreteniment, la manca de temps lliure i el fet de moure\u2019s cada vegada m\u00e9s amb transport motoritzat enlloc d\u2019anar a peu o en bicicleta.<\/p>\n Seguir un estil de vida sedentari \u00e9s un dels principals factor de risc per malalties cr\u00f2niques com el c\u00e0ncer, la diabetis tipus 2 i les afeccions cardiovasculars, a m\u00e9s dels trastorns de salut mental, i tamb\u00e9 pot arribar a augmentar el risc de mortalitat un 20 o 30 %. Per aix\u00f2 \u00e9s important prendre mesures: l\u2019Organitzaci\u00f3 Mundial de la Salut recomana que les persones adultes facin activitat f\u00edsica aer\u00f2bica d\u2019intensitat moderada entre 150 i 300 minuts per setmana, o de 75 a 150 minuts d\u2019intensitat alta, i combinar-ho amb exercicis de for\u00e7a almenys dos cops a la setmana. A part de reduir el risc de patir malalties, fer activitat f\u00edsica millora el benestar emocional, la salut mental, l’enfortiment dels ossos i els m\u00fasculs, l’activaci\u00f3 de la mem\u00f2ria i l’atenci\u00f3 i la qualitat de vida en general.<\/p>\n En motiu del Dia Mundial de la Salut, l\u2019IDIBELL ha col\u00b7laborat amb L\u2019HAg\u00e8ncia per crear una campanya de comunicaci\u00f3 que doni visibilitat a aquesta problem\u00e0tica. La idea de la campanya ha estat apel\u00b7lar directament a trav\u00e9s de xarxes socials a qui es troba en una situaci\u00f3 sedent\u00e0ria mitjan\u00e7ant un missatge clar i directe, \u201cactiva\u2019t\u201d. Els membres de L\u2019HAg\u00e8ncia s\u00f3n els alumnes del Cicle Superior de M\u00e0rqueting i Publicitat de l\u2019Institut Proven\u00e7ana de L\u2019Hospitalet de Llobregat, que ja han desenvolupat altres activitats amb la Unitat de Comunicaci\u00f3 i Mecenatge de l\u2019IDIBELL.<\/p>\n Des del grup de recerca en nutrici\u00f3 i c\u00e0ncer de l\u2019IDIBELL, es fa recerca sobre el paper de l\u2019estil de vida, sobretot la nutrici\u00f3 i l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica, en la prevenci\u00f3 i el pron\u00f2stic del c\u00e0ncer. De fet, aquest any s\u2019ha donat el tret de sortida al projecte +ACTIU, liderat per la Dra Paula Jakszyn. L\u2019objectiu d\u2019aquest projecte \u00e9s trobar estrat\u00e8gies per crear ciutats saludables: entorns urbans que fomentin l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica, mitjan\u00e7ant tallers de cocreaci\u00f3 on participaran professionals de la salut, urbanistes, ciutadania general i persones amb alguna patologia cr\u00f2nica. La Dra Jakszyn tamb\u00e9 participa en una intervenci\u00f3 liderada per la Universitat Blanquerna que busca promoure l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica en pacients amb c\u00e0ncer de pulm\u00f3. Per altra banda, la investigadora del mateix grup Marta Crous, ha rebut una ajuda de l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 Contra el C\u00e0ncer per estudiar la relaci\u00f3 entre l\u2019exercici f\u00edsic, l\u2019estil de vida i el c\u00e0ncer d\u2019endometri a nivell epidemiol\u00f2gic. Els resultats de treballs com aquests donaran eines per implementar mesures de promoci\u00f3 de la salut p\u00fablica que incloguin la reducci\u00f3 del sedentarisme a nivell poblacional.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n L\u2019Institut d’Investigaci\u00f3 Biom\u00e8dica de Bellvitge (IDIBELL) \u00e9s un centre de recerca en biomedicina creat l\u2019any 2004. Est\u00e0 participat per l’Hospital Universitari de Bellvitge i l\u2019Hospital de Viladecans de l’Institut Catal\u00e0 de la Salut, l’Institut Catal\u00e0 d’Oncologia, la Universitat de Barcelona i l\u2019Ajuntament de l\u2019Hospitalet de Llobregat.<\/em><\/p>\n L\u2019IDIBELL \u00e9s membre del Campus d’Excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia Internacional de la Universitat de Barcelona HUBc i forma part de la instituci\u00f3 CERCA de la Generalitat de Catalunya. L’any 2009 es va convertir en un dels cinc primers centres d\u2019investigaci\u00f3 espanyols acreditats com a institut d\u2019investigaci\u00f3 sanit\u00e0ria per l\u2019Instituto de Salud Carlos III. A m\u00e9s, forma part del programa \u201cHR Excellence in Research\u201d de la Uni\u00f3 Europea i \u00e9s membre de EATRIS i REGIC.
