El Patronat de l\u2019IDIBELL ha aprovat el nomenament d\u2019Ander G\u00f3mez com a nou Director de Gesti\u00f3. Ander t\u00e9 una \u00e0mplia experi\u00e8ncia en la gesti\u00f3 i coordinaci\u00f3 de diferents \u00e0rees de negoci, i ha treballat principalment en el sector agroalimentari a nivell nacional.<\/p>\n

\u00c9s llicenciat en Veterin\u00e0ria per la Universitat de Saragossa, i ha completat la seva formaci\u00f3 amb estudis de postgrau en Gesti\u00f3 de Recursos Humans i Gesti\u00f3 Financera, ambd\u00f3s a la Deusto Business School. Tamb\u00e9 ha realitzat un Programa de Direcci\u00f3 General de la Universitat de Navarra, per enfocar la seva carrera professional cap a l\u2019administraci\u00f3, direcci\u00f3 i estrat\u00e8gia empresarial. Acumula quasi 20 anys d\u2019experi\u00e8ncia ocupant c\u00e0rrecs destacats a diverses empreses de la ind\u00fastria aliment\u00e0ria, i ha arribat a fundar la seva pr\u00f2pia empresa de comer\u00e7 digital.<\/p>\n

\u00c9s un expert en gesti\u00f3 empresarial, estrat\u00e8gia, negociaci\u00f3, lideratge d’equips, gesti\u00f3 de talent i recursos humans, i t\u00e9 una amplia comprensi\u00f3 del panorama empresarial. Les seves compet\u00e8ncies en gesti\u00f3 i coordinaci\u00f3 de les diferents \u00e0rees de negoci, el converteixen en el perfil idoni i molt valu\u00f3s per cobrir la pla\u00e7a de Director de Gesti\u00f3 de l\u2019IDIBELL.<\/p>\n

G\u00f3mez entra en substituci\u00f3 de Rosa Benet, Directora de Gesti\u00f3 de l\u2019IDIBELL des del juliol del 2022, a qui Gabriel Capell\u00e1, Director de l\u2019IDIBELL, ha agra\u00eft la feina. La seva dedicaci\u00f3 i capacitats \u00a0han estat fonamentals per renovar equips i establir processos, eines i din\u00e0miques de treball que permeten a l\u2019IDIBELL ser m\u00e9s eficient i s\u00f2lid financerament. En aquest sentit, Capell\u00e1 ha expressat que el nomenament de G\u00f3mez suposar\u00e0 una oportunitat per continuar construint sobre la tasca excel\u00b7lent de Benet abordant els nous reptes que t\u00e9 l’Institut.<\/p>\n

L\u2019Institut d’Investigaci\u00f3 Biom\u00e8dica de Bellvitge (IDIBELL) \u00e9s un centre de recerca en biomedicina creat l\u2019any 2004. Est\u00e0 participat per l’Hospital Universitari de Bellvitge i l\u2019Hospital de Viladecans de l’Institut Catal\u00e0 de la Salut, l’Institut Catal\u00e0 d’Oncologia, la Universitat de Barcelona i l\u2019Ajuntament de l\u2019Hospitalet de Llobregat.<\/em><\/p>\n

L\u2019IDIBELL \u00e9s membre del Campus d’Excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia Internacional de la Universitat de Barcelona HUBc i forma part de la instituci\u00f3 CERCA de la Generalitat de Catalunya. L’any 2009 es va convertir en un dels cinc primers centres d\u2019investigaci\u00f3 espanyols acreditats com a institut d\u2019investigaci\u00f3 sanit\u00e0ria per l\u2019Instituto de Salud Carlos III. A m\u00e9s, forma part del programa \u201cHR Excellence in Research\u201d de la Uni\u00f3 Europea i \u00e9s membre de EATRIS i REGIC.
