Aquest mes, l\u2019AIRC, l\u2019IDIBELL, Eda 6 i Helmholtz Munich celebren la fi del projecte innovador d\u2019educaci\u00f3 cient\u00edfica Erasmus+ STARS Game \u2013InveSTigating As ReSearchers is a Game, \u201cinvestigar com cient\u00edfics \u00e9s un joc\u201d en catal\u00e0, on alumnat de secund\u00e0ria, personal docent i investigador d’It\u00e0lia, Espanya, Eslov\u00e8nia i Alemanya, ha participat en un proc\u00e9s educatiu amb tallers i el desenvolupament d’un escape room<\/em> digital immersiu.<\/p>\n Cristina Zorzoli, coordinadora del projecte i divulgadora cient\u00edfica a l\u2019AIRC, parla en nom de tot l’equip: “Estem encantats d’anunciar l\u2019exitosa conclusi\u00f3 d’aquest projecte d’educaci\u00f3 cient\u00edfica. L’entusiasme i la dedicaci\u00f3 que ha mostrat l\u2019alumnat i els educadors reafirmen el nostre comprom\u00eds de fomentar l\u2019apreciaci\u00f3 genu\u00efna de la ci\u00e8ncia i les seves aplicacions”.<\/p>\n Entre els quatre pa\u00efsos implicats, un total de 1.032 alumnes han jugat a l\u2019STARS Game i, posteriorment, s\u2019han recollit els seus comentaris, juntament amb els dels 58 professors participants. A m\u00e9s, 12 cient\u00edfics de l\u2019IDIBELL i de Helmholtz amb el suport del personal de comunicaci\u00f3 cient\u00edfica han creat v\u00eddeos i altres materials per a l’escape room. Els resultats del projecte i els materials, especialment dissenyats per a professors de secund\u00e0ria i divulgadors cient\u00edfics, romandran disponibles al web<\/a>. En cas de dubte, comentari o suggeriment tamb\u00e9 es pot adre\u00e7ar a l’equip del projecte a trav\u00e9s del formulari de contacte<\/a>.<\/p>\n Cal destacar el considerable impacte que han tingut totes aquestes activitats. \u201cEls quatre instituts participants de la nostra ciutat han obtingut eines d’educaci\u00f3 cient\u00edfica molt \u00fatils i nosaltres estem molt agra\u00efts d\u2019haver dut a terme aquest projecte\u201d, afirma Jordi Lanuza, responsable de la Unitat de Comunicaci\u00f3 i Mecenatge de l’IDIBELL. I afegeix: “Creiem que iniciatives com aquestes no nom\u00e9s encoratgen la propera generaci\u00f3 de cient\u00edfics, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 contribueixen a l’aven\u00e7 de la nostra societat”.<\/p>\n L\u2019escape room STARS Game<\/strong><\/p>\n L\u2019escape room<\/em> digital \u00e9s una eina d’aprenentatge basada en el joc: simula un escenari real, on els participants tenen l’enc\u00e0rrec de trobar la cura per a una malaltia infecciosa desconeguda: per equips, els estudiants es converteixen en immun\u00f2legs, bi\u00f2legs moleculars, microbi\u00f2legs o anatomopat\u00f2legs durant una hora. Les quatre disciplines han de col\u00b7laborar per resoldre el problema mitjan\u00e7ant el m\u00e8tode cient\u00edfic. Combinant el pensament cr\u00edtic, les habilitats de resoluci\u00f3 de problemes, la l\u00f2gica i el coneixement cient\u00edfic, els alumnes treballen per desxifrar pistes i trobar la cura de la malaltia, que presentaran en un p\u00f2ster cient\u00edfic.<\/p>\n L’impacte del projecte es va estendre molt m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del propi joc virtual. El seu car\u00e0cter col\u00b7laboratiu va promoure el treball en equip i les habilitats comunicatives entre l\u2019alumnat, el personal docent, cient\u00edfic i de divulgaci\u00f3 cient\u00edfica. A m\u00e9s, s\u2019han proporcionat recursos suplementaris als educadors perqu\u00e8 puguin continuar les discussions i reflexions a l’aula, tot assegurant que les lli\u00e7ons apreses durant el projecte continu\u00efn permeant i que puguin adaptar aquest material al seu curr\u00edculum educatiu.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n L\u2019Institut d’Investigaci\u00f3 Biom\u00e8dica de Bellvitge (IDIBELL) \u00e9s un centre de recerca en biomedicina creat l\u2019any 2004. Est\u00e0 participat per l’Hospital Universitari de Bellvitge i l\u2019Hospital de Viladecans de l’Institut Catal\u00e0 de la Salut, l’Institut Catal\u00e0 d’Oncologia, la Universitat de Barcelona i l\u2019Ajuntament de l\u2019Hospitalet de Llobregat.<\/em><\/p>\n L\u2019IDIBELL \u00e9s membre del Campus d’Excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia Internacional de la Universitat de Barcelona HUBc i forma part de la instituci\u00f3 CERCA de la Generalitat de Catalunya. L’any 2009 es va convertir en un dels cinc primers centres d\u2019investigaci\u00f3 espanyols acreditats com a institut d\u2019investigaci\u00f3 sanit\u00e0ria per l\u2019Instituto de Salud Carlos III. A m\u00e9s, forma part del programa \u201cHR Excellence in Research\u201d de la Uni\u00f3 Europea i \u00e9s membre de EATRIS i REGIC.
