\n\t\tPrograma de Medicina regenerativa – RegenBell\n\t<\/h1>\n

\n\t\tResum\n\t<\/h3>\nLes c\u00e8l\u00b7lules mare som\u00e0tiques tenen la capacitat de regenerar els teixits amb el pas del temps. Aquesta capacitat disminueix amb l’edat, interrompent el manteniment dels teixits. Comprendre com envelleixen les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules mare i identificar estrat\u00e8gies d’intervenci\u00f3 per mantenir la capacitat regeneradora de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules mare conduiran a nous enfocaments terap\u00e8utics per mantenir la nostra salut a mesura que envellim. El nostre laboratori utilitza models de ratol\u00ed per explorar la biologia de la funci\u00f3 i regeneraci\u00f3 de les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules mare i per identificar mecanismes de disfunci\u00f3 de les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules mare relacionades amb l’edat. El nostre objectiu es centra en les alteracions epigen\u00e8tiques que es poden orientar farmacol\u00f2gicament i en les interaccions entre c\u00e8l\u00b7lules mare i el seu n\u00ednxol. \n\u00c9s probable que les intervencions que promoguin la salut de les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules mare proporcionin noves vies per tractar o prevenir una \u00e0mplia gamma de malalties relacionades amb l’edat. L’aplicaci\u00f3 d’una visi\u00f3 fonamental de la biologia de les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules mare a l’exploraci\u00f3 d’aquestes estrat\u00e8gies d’intervenci\u00f3 ajudar\u00e0 a la identificaci\u00f3 de nous i prometedors enfocaments terap\u00e8utics.\n

\nEl programa de medicina regenerativa de l’IDIBELL forma part del Programa de Traslaci\u00f3 Cl\u00ednica en Medicina Regenerativa de Catalunya, (P-CMR[C]), un programa transversal d’\u00e0mbit catal\u00e0, que t\u00e9 la missi\u00f3 de realitzar una recerca d’excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia per avan\u00e7ar en la traducci\u00f3 cl\u00ednica d’estrat\u00e8gies de medicina regenerativa basada en l’\u00fas de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules mare pluripotents.\n<\/section>\n<\/header>\n<\/section>\n<\/header>\n
