Les cascades de senyalitzaci\u00f3 molecular que es produeixen a nivell cel\u00b7lular s\u00f3n essencials per respondre als canvis en el seu entorn o per alterar la seva home\u00f2stasi, per exemple, en el nivell de proliferaci\u00f3, moviment, creixement o metabolisme cel\u00b7lular. Entendre el mecanisme de la transducci\u00f3 de senyals permet explicar com es controlen les alteracions que es produeixen en moltes patologies. Aix\u00ed, els canvis en la senyalitzaci\u00f3 es poden utilitzar per detectar la pres\u00e8ncia de moltes malalties i les mol\u00e8cules de senyalitzaci\u00f3 poden esdevenir dianes terap\u00e8utiques. A m\u00e9s, aquestes vies de senyalitzaci\u00f3 es veuen afectades en resposta a les ter\u00e0pies que s’utilitzen per tractar, per exemple, el c\u00e0ncer, i participen en la generaci\u00f3 de resist\u00e8ncia als medicaments.<\/p>\n

\nIdentificar nuevas mol\u00e9culas m\u00e1s eficaces para combatir el c\u00e1ncer de pulm\u00f3n, bajo diversas perspectivas como son la qu\u00edmica m\u00e9dica, formulaci\u00f3n de nuevos f\u00e1rmacos, simulaci\u00f3n computacional, biolog\u00eda celular in vitro y t\u00e9cnicas bioqu\u00edmicas, transcript\u00f3mica y an\u00e1lisis de prote\u00f3mica, as\u00ed como en investigaci\u00f3n traslacional en modelos de xenotrasplante, permitir\u00e1 que seamos capaces de completar con \u00e9xito los estudios precl\u00ednicos de una prometedora nueva familia de compuestos anticancerosos. La desregulaci\u00f3n del pH es una caracter\u00edstica com\u00fan que confiere ventajas adaptativas a las c\u00e9lulas cancerosas. Proponemos que mol\u00e9culas que selectivamente poseen la capacidad de disminuir el pH intracelular ser\u00edan de gran inter\u00e9s como nuevos agentes quimioterap\u00e9uticos para el tratamiento del c\u00e1ncer de pulm\u00f3n. Evaluar la seguridad y eficacia de estos compuestos in vivo, desarrollar una innovadora nanoformulaci\u00f3n farmacol\u00f3gica con el fin de mejorar la selectividad y la eficacia, as\u00ed como ensayar una nueva y prometedora v\u00eda de administraci\u00f3n del f\u00e1rmaco.\n\n\t\tVi\u00f1als Canals, Francesc\n\t<\/h4>\n
