Hoy, 28 de junio, se celebra el D\u00eda del Orgullo LGTBIAQ+ para reivindicar el derecho de todas las personas, independientemente de su orientaci\u00f3n sexual, identidad o expresi\u00f3n de g\u00e9nero, a recibir un trato respetuoso y justo. La investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica tambi\u00e9n tiene el deber de fomentar un entorno inclusivo, que combata los sesgos y tenga en cuenta la diversidad, tanto en los equipos de investigaci\u00f3n y la toma de decisiones, como en el contenido mismo de la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
Desde el IDIBELL, celebramos que este mes se ha constituido la mesa negociadora del primer Plan LGTBIAQ+ del IDIBELL. Actualmente se encuentra en su primera fase, la de diagn\u00f3stico, que se recoger\u00e1 las opiniones y percepciones de los miembros del Instituto a trav\u00e9s de una encuesta. Adem\u00e1s, tambi\u00e9n se ha hecho un llamamiento a formar parte del nuevo grupo Queer del IDIBELL, un espacio de encuentro para la comunidad LGTBIAQ+ que pretender\u00e1 organizar actividades y eventos, adem\u00e1s de ayudar en el avance del nuevo Plan LGBTIAQ+. Hasta ahora, ya ha acogido a 20 personas y se han producido varios encuentros.<\/p>\n
Finalmente, como el a\u00f1o pasado, el IDIBELL reparte chapas con la bandera del Orgullo a todos los miembros que las quieran llevar puestas para, de forma f\u00e1cil y amena, dar visibilidad y apoyo a este colectivo en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
