Octavio Romero, investigador predoctoral del grupo de genes y c\u00e1ncer del IDIBELL dirigido por la Dra. Montserrat S\u00e1nchez-C\u00e9spedes, ha obtenido el premio de investigaci\u00f3n en oncolog\u00eda RTICC 2012, convocado por la Red Tem\u00e1tica de Investigaci\u00f3n Cooperativa en C\u00e1ncer (RTICC) por el art\u00edculo titulado \u201cThe tumour suppressor and chromatin-remodelling factor BRG1 antagonizes Myc activity and promotes cell differentiation in human cancer\u201d.<\/p>\n
La entrega del premio se efectu\u00f3 durante la celebraci\u00f3n del tercer Encuentro Cient\u00edfico de J\u00f3venes Investigadores de la RTICC 2012, que tuvo lugar en el Hospital Vall d\u2019Hebron de Barcelona los d\u00edas 19 y 20 de noviembre de 2012, y consiste en un diploma, un objeto conmemorativo y un premio en met\u00e1lico de 3.000 euros para la financiaci\u00f3n de actividades de formaci\u00f3n o investigaci\u00f3n del candidato premiado.
\nLa concesi\u00f3n del premio ha incluido la exposici\u00f3n oral de trabajo premiado durante el encuentro por parte
