La Comisi\u00f3n Europea ha adoptado la \u00abCarta Europea del Investigador\u00bb y el \u00abC\u00f3digo de Conducta para la Contrataci\u00f3n de Investigadores\u00bb como elementos clave para favorecer la movilidad de los investigadores y homogeneizar sus condiciones laborales a nivel europeo. El pasado 1 de Agosto del IDIBELL se adhiri\u00f3 a los principios establecidos por estos dos documentos.
Algunos de los puntos destacados contemplados por la Carta y el C\u00f3digo son:
Un grupo de trabajo formado por representantes de los diferentes colectivos laborales que conforman el IDIBELL han iniciado la tarea de preparar la estrategia en recursos humanos de investigaci\u00f3n 2014-2017 (Human Resources Strategy for Researchers, HRS4R).
La estrategia en recursos humanos de investigaci\u00f3n tiene como finalidad evaluar las pol\u00edticas y actuaciones en recursos humanos de la instituci\u00f3n y dise\u00f1ar un plan de acci\u00f3n que permita mejorar la alineaci\u00f3n de \u00e9stas con los cuarenta principios expuestos en la Carta y el c\u00f3digo.
Durante las pr\u00f3ximas semanas se llevar\u00e1n a cabo encuestas al personal del IDIBELL, as\u00ed como reuniones sectoriales, con el objetivo de recoger los datos necesarios para realizar el an\u00e1lisis interno de la instituci\u00f3n. La participaci\u00f3n del personal de la instituci\u00f3n es clave para conseguir que el resultado del diagn\u00f3stico refleje las inquietudes y necesidades del conjunto de IDIBELL.
