La investigadora del grupo de investigaci\u00f3n de infecciones respiratorias y en el hu\u00e9sped inmunocomprometido del IDIBELL y del servicio de enfermedades infecciosas del Hospital Universitario de Bellvitge, Carolina Garc\u00eda-Vidal, ha recibido por unanimidad el premio 2015 al mejor investigador joven europeo en microbiolog\u00eda cl\u00ednica y enfermedades infecciosas.
El galard\u00f3n lo otorga la Sociedad Europea de Microbiolog\u00eda Cl\u00ednica y Enfermedades Infecciosas (ESCMID) al mejor investigador europeo joven en esta especialidad como reconocimiento a su trayectoria.
Esta es la primera vez que este premio recae en un investigador catal\u00e1n que, adem\u00e1s, realiza su investigaci\u00f3n en Catalu\u00f1a.
