El pasado 28 de mayo se incorpor\u00f3 Esther Comabella como nueva jefe de Recursos Humanos del IDIBELL.
Esther Comabella es licenciada en Psicolog\u00eda y tiene un m\u00e1ster en Direcci\u00f3n de Recursos Humanos. Los \u00faltimos siete a\u00f1os ha estado al frente de Innnotalentum, consultor\u00eda de recursos humanos del centro tecnol\u00f3gico Leitat. De forma paralela ha sido responsable de RRHH de empresas del grupo Leitat siempre en el sector cient\u00edfico- tecnol\u00f3gico.
Esther Comabella se plantea como reto \u00abrevisar y redefinir los procesos y procedimientos actuales en el \u00e1rea de recursos humanos desde las vertientes cient\u00edfica y de gesti\u00f3n, establecer un modelo que permita potenciar y desarrollar el talento que tenemos en la casa y atraer nuevos talentos.
