El desarrollo del sistema nervioso central est\u00e1 estrictamente modulado por factores gen\u00e9ticos y ambientales de una manera espacio-temporal. Incluso las alteraciones leves en los genes y \/ o las se\u00f1ales ambientales durante los per\u00edodos cr\u00edticos del desarrollo pre y postnatal, conducen a anomal\u00edas morfol\u00f3gicas y funcionales que comprometer\u00e1n el comportamiento normal y la funci\u00f3n cognitiva. Mediante la identificaci\u00f3n de factores de riesgo y la investigaci\u00f3n de su papel en el desarrollo del sistema nervioso central, utilizando tecnolog\u00edas in vitro e in vivo de vanguardia, tenemos como objetivo dise\u00f1ar estrategias nuevas y m\u00e1s efectivas para la intervenci\u00f3n terap\u00e9utica.<\/p>\n
