Once again, the IDIBELL participates in events of the Science Week, which this year will take place from November 16th to 25th. The initiative, which is celebrated throughout Europe, aims to bring the results of scientific research to society. <\/p>\n

The institute organizes these days, along with other institutions, conferences and debates to bring citizens the research done our researchers. Thus, between November 16th and 22th IDIBELL researchers Laura Valle, Luis Fuentemilla, Susana Jim\u00e9nez-Murcia and Fernando Fern\u00e1ndez-Aranda involved in the cycle \u201cPessics de Ci\u00e8ncia\u201d of November promoted by the Centre Cultural Sant Josep at L’Hospitalet de Llobregat. Luis Fuentemilla also will talk about memory functioning in a scientific cafe organized by the Catalan Association of Scientific Communication (ACCC) at the Centre C\u00edvic Can Deu at Barcelona on November 22th. Finally, IDIBELL also helps to organize the fourth edition of the Science Gatherings at Palau de la Virreina of the Institute of Culture of Barcelona. On November 21st the IDIBELL researcher Manel Esteller will participate on this conference cycle. On Nov. 29th, Fernando Fern\u00e1ndez-Aranda will present the recognized expert on eating disorders Janet Treasure. Finally the researchers Conxi L\u00e1zaro and Ignacio Blanco will offer a conference during the “Science Day in Schools 2012: science in first person”. <\/p>\n
