A “Company with Value” is a company committed to citizenship: a company that cares about the well-being of its environment and wants to be involved with it through collaboration with the city associations, either by hiring people in a vulnerable situation or risk of social exclusion and \/ or buying products and contracting services to V\u00e0lua entities. <\/p>\n
Collaboration with V\u00e0lua entities not only improves the prestige of companies such as IDIBELL, but also provides benefits closely linked to corporate social responsibility, such as talent recruitment and retention, growth, tolerance and active listening, and the establishment of a good working environment in the organization, as well as tax benefits. <\/p>\n
The ceremony was attended by Juli Fern\u00e1ndez, the mayor of Sabadell, Jos\u00e9 Vidal, General Director of Social Economy, Social Affairs and Families of the Generalitat of Catalonia, and representatives of the V\u00e0lua Entities.
