At the Bellvitge Biomedical Research Institute (IDIBELL), we carry out research of excellence focused on improving people’s lives. This necessarily involves guaranteeing a working environment and optimal conditions.<\/p>\n

In 2015 IDIBELL received the \u201cHR Excellence in Research” award. This award identifies the institutions that generate and support a favorable and stimulating work environment, and therefore are committed to developing the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R<\/a>)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The action plan for human resources management developed by IDIBELL is based on the European Charter for Researchers<\/strong> and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers<\/strong> and is closely linked to the institution’s strategic plan<\/strong>. It includes researchers in all stages of their career, support, and management personnel. Ensuring good working conditions and understanding employee motivations will help create a better work environment, promote cross-department collaboration, and ultimately allow us to conduct a high-quality search. These are some of the concrete actions that we are carrying out so far at IDIBELL:<\/p>\n
