Unit personnel support users for experimental design, data analysis and acquisition.<br \/>\nFollowing manufacturer instructions, a proper maintenance and standard quality control procedures are routinely applied to ensure best quality results.\n\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/idibell.cat\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/11\/FACS.jpg\" alt=\"FACS\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"290\" width=\"515\" title=\"FACS\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--label-0\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-0\">Services<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-0\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-0\"><i>Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t<p>Services:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sample acquisition at the analyzer, either with technical support, or without, after receiving a proper training.<\/li>\n<li>Cell Sorting with technical support.<\/li>\n<li>Data analysis support if required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nThe aim of the Cytometry Unit is to get ready and focus on the applications of interest of our users.<br \/>\nMost common applications that routinely are run:\n<p><strong>Cell Sorting<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In <strong>purification mode<\/strong> (when the most important is to get a high purity of the cell population of interest from the original sample). Up to 4 cell populations at the same time (4way sorting).<\/li>\n<li>In <strong>enrichment mode<\/strong> (when the most important is to get a high recovery of the cell population of interest from the original sample). So that, purity is slightly compromised.
