This main aims of this recognition are:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>to have an impact on the European financing scenario (H2020);<\/li>\n<li>to position IDIBELL as a stimulating and favourable workplace for researchers at the international level;<\/li>\n<li>to establish a comprehensive and coherent HR strategy by adopting good practices and international quality
