Information on Contracting Bodies
In accordance with Article 61 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts (hereinafter, LCSP), the contracting authority is the representative of the Administration or public sector entities empowered to enter into contracts on their behalf and with full authority to carry out any transaction within their contracting profile.
The functions of the Contracting Authority of the Bellvitge Biomedical Research Institute Foundation fall to the Director of the institution.

Public Procurement Data
Pursuant to Article 63 of the LCSP (Spanish Civil Code): "Contracting bodies shall disseminate, through their contracting profile, information and documents relating to their contractual activity, in order to ensure transparency and public access. The method of accessing the contracting profile must be stated in the specifications and equivalent documents, as well as in the tender notices in all cases."
