Summary
The IDIBELL Cardiovascular, Respiratory, Systemic and Cellular-Ageing Disease Programme is aimed at generating transversal and useful knowledge to solve day-to-day care problems, taking advantage of the multidisciplinary background of its members.
The Programme stimulates and takes advantage of the synergies between the Cardiovascular Diseases group, which conducts a wide range of clinical and translational research aimed at this type of cardiovascular disease; the Synovial Inflammation and Bone Metabolism Study Group (GEISMO), in which clinical and epidemiological research is conducted on the most prevalent rheumatic diseases; and the Systemic Diseases and Ageing Group, which encompasses a wide range of diseases that make up the broad spectrum of internal medicine activity and clinical research at a tertiary care centre.
