Cancer Immunotherapy
Summary
The Cancer Virotherapy and Immunotherapy Group explores new anticancer treatments based on oncolytic adenoviruses and other immunotherapies. The group aims to design and evaluate oncolytic adenoviruses as antitumour agents for various solid tumours. The main lines of research are tumour targets, intratumoural diffusion through stromal barriers and oncolytic immunotherapy. The group also participates in other immunotherapy projects based on mutanome-derived cancer neoepitopes and cellular immunotherapy with modified NK cells.
