Open Access Repository

IDIBELL has approved an Open Access Policy that promotes access to publications, data, and other research outputs. To comply with this policy, IDIBELL provides its research staff with two repositories where they can store and share scientific publications and research data. Items in these repositories can be deposited either in open access or under restricted access.

IDIBELL Institutional Repository

IDIBELL’s open-access repository is the University of Barcelona’s Digital Repository (DDUB). Within this repository, IDIBELL has its own collection for depositing, preserving, and disseminating its scientific production, including research articles and conference communications.

Research Data Repository

CORA.RDR is the multidisciplinary repository developed by the CSUC for publishing research data from Catalan universities and CERCA centers. IDIBELL has its own dedicated space within the repository.

In addition, CORA.RDR complies with the FAIR requirements and guidelines established by European institutions such as the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC). Its mission is to increase research transparency and the dissemination of datasets to facilitate their reuse.

Portal de la Recerca de Catalunya (PRC)

The Portal de la Recerca de Catalunya (PRC) is a public and open access repository whose mission is to disseminate from a single place the research activity that is carried out in Catalonia. The coordination of the project is assumed by CSUC together with a working comission of catalan university and research centre experts, including IDIBELL. The information included in the PRC can be reviewed by the scientific community, companies, financial organisations and public in general.
