Thus, the UB became the first and only general university of Spain which has two international excellence campuses. The UB, along with the UPC [Catalan Polithecnic University], also won this award last year with the Barcelona Knowledge Campus (BKC).

HUBc Campus includes the Medicine campus of Barcelona Clinic Hospital, along with Sant Joan de Déu Hospital, and Bellvitge Health Sciences campus, in Biopol’H space, along with Barcelona BZ Innovation Zone. The HUBc is an initiative for training, research and knowledge transfer that includes all disciplines of health sciences.
