Tanicotaki, the cookbook to raise funds for ALS reaches its second edition

NO053 - Tanicotaki - Imtge noti

Tanicotaki is the combination of Nico with Tataki, a Japanese cooking technique. And, “Tanicotaki. Cocinando sin límites” is a recipe book that reflects the passion for cooking and for being among friends and family of Nicolás Anglada Jané.

In 2019, Nicolás Anglada was diagnosed with ALS. This book helped him to overcome his limits and motivated him in the last years of his illness. Although Nico couldn’t finish the book, his family and friends did it for him and decided to give the money raised to ALS research at the Bellvitge Biomedical Research Institute (IDIBELL). The book has been a success and it is already in its second edition. You can get your copy at this link.
