In recent days, our institution has added two new people in their management teams serving the research, transfer of knowledge generated by our researchers and, among others, clinical trials. On the one hand, Ms. Raquel Egea joins the Idibell with the position of head of the Office of Technology Transfer and Innovation. Egea is a specialist in Innovation and Economic Development. She held, throughout her career, several charges related to the promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship, which adds to her experience as entrepreneur. She belongs to different industrial policy think tanks, in which works to promote the economy based on innovation. In relation to her professional work, she studied for Innovation and Entrepreneurship in USA, Berkeley and MIT, as well as Senior Management Program at IESE.

Moreover, Ms. Elisenda Batlle joins our Institute as a lawyer in the area of Contracts and Commercial Law. Batlle is a lawyer from the University of Barcelona and an expert in commercial contracts in the area of Clinical Investigation. She has experience in the innovative pharmaceutical industry, and in recent years has conducted new in-house advice to Boehringer Ingelheim España SA During the same period has been associated with the firm Lupcinio International Lawyers & Attorneys in Barcelona in civilian-commercial areas and generalist-litigator.
