Today, Tuesday December 1st is Giving Tuesday, a global movement that wants to encourage and multiply the good deeds of the people proposing a day to make donations of any kind. IDIBELL is also involved with the charity project: “Let research flies’

This projects aims to train young scientists to develop research projects capable of solving current and future health challenges, in different diseases population: Cancer, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, diabetes, transplants, infections, rare diseases, etc.

GivingTuesday arrives after Black Friday and Cyber Monday, is a global movement that seeks to promote and multiply good actions for people. The goal is to spend a day around the world to celebrate the action, whether food, money, time (volunteering), second-hand objects, etc. But above all must be the starting point to continue promoting the donation the other 364 days of the year.

Using the hashtag #GivingTuesday as a tool to help build social networks, seeks to mobilize all citizens, families, organizations and businesses to contribute to this global day of the donation, which is held every year on the first Tuesday of December.

The idea of #GivingTuesday arose in 2012 by the NGO 92Y Street New York, dedicated for over 100 years in social work, and the United Nations Foundation, which has contributed his expertise in strategy and dissemination of charity projects.
