In order to achieve equal treatment and opportunities between men and women in the center, IDIBELL has launched the Equality Commission.
The Equality Commission has been created with the aim of facilitating compliance with existing legislation on equality, through the drafting of the equality plan IDIBELL. Within its functions are to advice on issues related to the enforcement of equality and the assessment of indicators of equality of the institute.
The committee consists of Joseph Manuel Eire, administrative manager; Joana Visa, director of quality; Paricio Silvia, chief of human resources,Dori Huertas, researcher and Cancer Epigenetics Group; Gemma Aiza, laboratory technician; Biasús Diego, Medical and researcher at the University Hospital of Bellvitge, and Anna Jimenez administrative at animal facilities and member of IDIBELL works council.
