IDIBELL’s administrative area has begun process of implementation to be certified by ISO 9001 standard. The project is being coordinated by the Quality Direction and involves all the institution’s administrative departments: Purchasing Contract, Accounting, Human Resources, IT, Prevention, General Services and Maintenance and TTO. The certification obtaining is scheduled for December 2012. IDIBELL’s bet to certify their management processes aims to increase the efficiency of the service, from an initial evaluation and a continuous improvement of processes.
The project began in mid-2011 with several training sessions with the responsibles from the Administration departments. The working group has defined the mission, vision and values and the process map for each management area and it is currently being revised the general procedures with their associated indicators that will manage and evaluate the improvements.
