Five clinical trials led by IDIBELL will form part of the CAIBER Clinical Research Plan

The Spanish Clinical Research Network (CAIBER) incorporates five clinical trials led by researchers at the IDIBELL to Plan Clinical Research after obtaining a favorable resolution and excellent grades in the 2010 Intramural call.

Over 260 projects have been presented to the convening of the CAIBER. After an international evaluation 81 projects have obtained a favorable resolution and 21 have entered a maturation program to submit them to the next call with guaranteed success. Of the 81 projects selected, 46 have been qualified as scientific excellence and a high priority.

The Central Clinical Research Unit in Clinical Trials (UCICEC) of the IDIBELL submitted eight projects. Five have achieved a favorable resolution, three of them with grade of excellence; and one was included in the program of maturation. Two different IDIBELL projects were already incorporated above the CAIBER Clinical Research Plan through the 2010 independent clinical research call from the Ministry of Health, Social Policy and Equality.
